'm Belgian.

I've lived in Belgium, Chicago, Düsseldorf, and now Switzerland.

I'm married to my German husband Tobias.

Together we're raising two little humans who remind me daily that mental fitness isn't theory.

It's practice.

The greatest leadership lesson I've learned wasn't in a boardroom.

It was becoming a parent.

Because kids don't care about your strategy.

They care about your presence.

LIFE BECAME
THE TEACHER.

Life doesn't follow the plan.

Over the years I experienced seven miscarriages.

I lost people I loved.

I experienced abuse (mentally & physically).

I faced grief, uncertainty, fear, and loss.

And every time life knocked me down, I became obsessed with one question:

What helps people get back up?

The quality of your life depends on the strength of your mind.

Over time, those lessons became the 10 Mental Muscles.

And the Pepper Reps that train them.

THE BRAIN
CHANGED EVERYTHING.

I started studying neuroscience, neuroplasticity, behavior change, visualization, habits, and performance psychology.

First for myself.

Then for my clients.

What I discovered was simple:

You don't change because you know.

You change because you practice.

Just like physical fitness.

Small reps.

Repeated daily.

That's when Pepper was born.

WHY PEPPER
EXISTS. 

Most people know what to do.

Drink water.

Exercise.

Sleep more.

Stress less.

Yet knowing rarely changes anything.

Because transformation doesn't come from information.

It comes from repetition.

That's why Pepper isn't another self-help method.

It's a mental fitness practice.
