This isn’t another “networking” event — it’s a living experience that mixes intuition, creativity, and embodiment.

WINE & GUT WISDOM NIGHT

  • What to expect: A cozy evening of bold stories and beautiful wines. You’ll discover how different grape varieties mirror human personalities — then connect each wine to your own “gut story,” big or small. It’s equal parts tasting, storytelling, and team bonding.

  • 🌶️ The Pepper: Part wine tasting, part truth circle — where flavor meets feeling, and connection flows as easily as the wine.

  • Goal: Leave grounded, inspired, and reconnected to your own intuition — with the reminder that your story, like good wine, gets richer when shared.

MAMA & BABY FLOW - YOGA, AMBITION & BONDING

  • What to expect: A gentle yoga and mindfulness session for mothers and babies. You’ll move, breathe, and reconnect — not to “get fit,” but to find flow again. Includes light parenting coaching and guided reflection on balancing drive with presence.

  • 🌶️ The Pepper: It’s about integration, not separation — where ambition and nurturing dance together.

  • Goal: Leave centered, recharged, and more connected to both your body and your little one.

ART, WINE & VISION 

  • What to expect: Sip, paint, and create your own Pepper Vision Board — an intuitive mix of color, image, and emotion. You’ll paint or collage what your next season looks and feels like, then share the meaning behind your creation with the group.

  • 🌶️ The Pepper: No art rules, no filters — just honesty on canvas. The process is the practice.

  • Goal: Leave with your vision visible — a personal piece of gut-led art that reminds you what you’re building toward.

WOMEN ON STAGE: THE COMMUNICATION LAB

  • What to expect: A hands-on event to master the art of being seen and heard. Through guided exercises, voice techniques, and short speaking rounds, you’ll learn to express yourself clearly — on stage, in meetings, or in life’s hardest conversations.

  • 🌶️ The Pepper: You’ll train the technical and energetic sides of communication — voice, breath, and presence.

  • Goal: Leave with your message embodied, your energy grounded, and your voice anchored in confidence.

GUT-LED BUSINESS MASTERCLASS

  • What to expect: A practical and energetic training on leading through intuition. Learn how to use your gut in decision-making, recognize body cues, and find clarity in chaos. Includes journaling, breathwork, and body-based strategy mapping.

CONSCIOUS MONEY CIRCLE 

  • What to expect: A women-led money talk that blends finance with feminine energy. Learn about money patterns, pricing with confidence, and investing in alignment. Includes short grounding practices and money-visualization.

THE HUMAN DESIGN & ESSENCE LAB

  • What to expect: A deep dive into your human design type and how it shapes your leadership, decision-making, and flow. Includes practical examples and short embodiment exercises to experience your design in real time.

  • Goal: Leave with clarity on your energetic blueprint and how to lead in alignment.

CACAO & CONNECTION CEREMONY

  • What to expect: A full-body reset using somatic dance, breathwork, and mindful yoga flow. Move, laugh, and reconnect with your vitality through guided rhythm and grounding.

  • Goal: Leave buzzing with clarity, creativity, and joy.

 

SOUND HEALING & FREQUENCY FLOW

  • What to expect: Learn about sound healing and experience it live. Guided by a sound therapist, you’ll explore different instruments, frequencies, and how vibration affects your body and emotions.

  • 🌶️ The Pepper: Sound becomes medicine — restoring balance through vibration.

  • Goal: Leave deeply relaxed, energetically reset, and with tools to bring sound into your daily rituals.

MANIFESTATION & MEDITATION MASTERCLASS

  • What to expect: A class blending neuroscience, mindfulness, and energetic alignment. Learn what manifestation really is (and isn’t), how to set energetic intentions, and how to meditate effectively for your brain type.

WHAT IS THE PEPPER MOVEMENT

It’s not a networking group.
It’s a playground.

We meet several times per month — mostly in Zurich and around Switzerland — to do things that awaken your body, mind, and fire.
Think: yoga or breathwork one month, a guest entrepreneur talk the next, then a wine tasting or creative workshop that stretches you out of your comfort zone.

Each gathering fuels one of the three Gut pillars:

  • Performance — Build smarter, not harder.

  • Relationships — Connect with truth and joy.

  • Wellbeing — Protect your energy, recharge your fire.

Because real growth doesn’t happen behind a laptop.
It happens when we move, share, and feel alive together.

HOW IT WORKS

  • 1) You bring the event.
    Your idea, your vibe, your expertise. Share the format, price, date, and time.
    Deadline to submit: December 31, 2025.

  • 2) We gather the people.
    Pepper handles sign-ups, payments, promotion, and logistics. From January–March 2026 we’ll run activations across Meetups and our channels to attract the right crowd.

  • 3) From April, we play.
    Starting April 2026, you lead the session, we host the space, and the community grows.
